If you create a case and forget to check off the County Property check box on the Add Case page it’s an easy fix.

At the top of the case in the case header (the blue section), select Edit

In the Update Case window, switch County of Bergen Facility from No to Yes and select the green Update button.

Your case will be updated to reflect that work was completed at a Bergen County facility.

The same steps are used to change a County facility to a non-County facility.
